Thank you 2019 and Hello 2020

As with each New Year, it is important to take a moment to reflect on the previous year. For Indy’s Choice, 2019 was a fantastic year, one of our very best. As I am sure many are saying, the year flew by; how can it be 2020 already?

By the numbers below, we were super busy all year long, and for that, we are incredibly grateful. What I am most thankful for is our repeat clients. It means a lot to me because it shows that we did our job “well,” and we have become their trusted advisors in this crazy business that I absolutely love. So again, thank you for such a wonderful 2019, and we look forward to serving you in 2020. Don’t be a stranger!

Housing Data for Indiana Counties Just Released! 2020 is looking bright

Housing data was just released by the MIBOR BLC® listing service, which provides a market analysis of the 16 central Indiana counties. It compares November 2018 to November 2019.

  • Increase in Median Sales Price of 4.6 percent to $187,250
  • Decrease in Closed Sales of 4.5 percent to 2,592
  • New Listings decreased 3.8 percent to 2,443

What does this exactly mean? Well, the Home Supply is low, and there is not enough inventory to meet Buyer Demand.
