Its About the Housing Data

Nah, it’s not all about the Housing Data, though it does give you insight on what is happening month to month, year over year. Housing data released by the MIBOR BLC® listing service comparing January 2019 to January 2020 shows:

  • An increase in Median Sales Price of 6.8% to $181,500
  • An increase in Closed Sales of 9.3%  to 1,803
  • New Listings increased 3.1 % to 2,533

And with tax season right around the corner, I am sure $$$ are on your mind. I ran across this decent article that outlines what’s tax-deductible when buying a house.
