Housing data released by MIBOR today shows:
- Closed sales slowed in January – down 8% from a year ago
- Causing discounts off original list price to increase to 6%
- Median Price continued to rise, now at $169,900
- Inventory continues to tighten
But there are 6,681 homes available to choose from.
