Nah, it’s not all about the Housing Data, though it does give you insight on what is happening month to month, year over year. Housing data released by the MIBOR BLC® listing service comparing January 2019 to January 2020 shows:
- An increase in Median Sales Price of 6.8% to $181,500
- An increase in Closed Sales of 9.3% Â to 1,803
- New Listings increased 3.1 % to 2,533
